Dr. Jyotiranjan Beuria is a theoretical and computational physicist whose research connects adaptive active matter, non-equilibrium systems, memory, geometry, topology and physics-inspired computation. His programme studies how internal states, feedback and environmental context shape collective organisation, with related work in neurophysiological signals and high-dimensional physical data. He completed his PhD at the Harish-Chandra Research Institute under Homi Bhabha National Institute and later held a postdoctoral fellowship at IIT Mandi.
